Three National Offices serve all NNLM members in all seven regions across the United States.
NNLM Training Office (NTO): Creates and implements a national education program for key NLM products and services, and coordinates the instructional efforts of NNLM trainers.
NNLM Web Services Office (NWSO): maintains reliable and modern Web services for NNLM public and internal needs.
NNLM Public Health Coordination Office (NPHCO): provides access to research information, including e-journals, e-books, databases and research through the Public Health Digital Library (PHDL).
The overall NNLM program is coordinated by the National Library of Medicine's User Engagement Program (UEP).
