NNLM Region 2 Webinar Series is an irregular webinar series from the NNLM Region 2, featuring guest speakers presenting on topics of interest to all our users, from librarians to public health practitioners, educators, clinicians, and others who work with health information. Topics will be scheduled according to audience interest, seasonal applicability, and speaker availability.

We will then focus on how to better navigate shifting power dynamics from a lens of liberatory power by examining the trauma-informed reframe: Power Over to Power With.
In the second workshop, Nisha will focus on the impact of feelings and needs in your everyday work life, and she will introduce trauma-informed communication strategies based on her Trauma-Informed Communication Framework.
