After acquiring and reading The Most Costly Journey: Stories of Migrant Farmworkers in Vermont drawn by New England Cartoonists, edited by Marek Bennett, Andy Kolovos, Teresa Mares and Julia Grand from your local library, book seller or online from the Open Door Project, please join us to participate in a book discussion covering topics such as the intersection of race, immigration status and geography on mental health, the uses of graphic medicine to tell overlooked stories, and more.
Small group discussions may take place in breakout rooms. This will be a great opportunity to connect directly with folks from across the network interested in graphic medicine.
