Join us to learn how the San Diego Circuit Libraries, a consortium of 6 public and academic libraries in San Diego County, cohosted community author talks, built a resource guide focused on advancing climate resilience, sustainability, and environmental justice, utilized a logic model to make data driven decisions, and used free survey software to demonstrate the impact of the programs, while also promoting UCSD All of Us enrollment opportunities at each of these community access points.

Objective 1: Learn strategies and resources to target, capture, and demonstrate the impact of your programs. (Target = Climate Equity Index & Healthy Places Index, Capture = Project Outcome Surveys, Demonstrate = Project Outcome Reports and Infographics) 

Objective 2: Learn strategies to collaborate across public and academic libraries to increase your reach and engage with more community members.

Objective 3: Learn strategies to engage with diverse populations by filling language gaps, offering live translation, and sharing information resources in multiple languages
