It also emphasizes the importance of community partnerships in enhancing the built environment and population health, and highlights emerging care models for better chronic condition management and treatment adherence. Additionally, the conference will cover effective management and leadership strategies for nursing leaders, identify trends affecting health equity and public health justice, and discuss the significance of including diverse racial, ethnic, and disadvantaged populations in clinical research to ensure comprehensive health outcomes.
