I am a Community Health Worker with KC Care Health Center serving as a link between patients and health or social service agencies, working to improve health outcomes by improving access to services and quality of care. I am writing to ask for your financial assistance in providing travel and conference funding so that I may attend The NACHW Unity Conference and Annual Meeting AUGUST 3-5, 2023, in Austin, Texas. I am travelling from Kansas City, Missouri and as such the cost of travel is significant.
