REDCap

Definition

REDCap is a secure, web-based application for building data collection forms, surveys and databases. It is designed to be HIPAA compliant, and institutions gain access by joining the REDCap consortium and installing REDCap locally. REDCap is a popular tool among researchers and clinicians due to built-in features for data quality, validation, security and compliance.
