Kellogg-Hubbard Library Website Redesign

Founded in 1894, the Kellogg-Hubbard Library has served continuously as a public library in Central Vermont for almost 130 years. Located in Montpelier and currently serving the member towns of Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, and Worcester, the KHL has a service population of about 17,000 and is one of the most-utilized public libraries in Vermont. Operating out of a beautiful historic building purpose-built in 1895 with a large modern addition from 2001, the KHL is one of Montpelier’s most recognizable institutions and beloved by the community, as evidenced by usage statistics, patron feedback, taxpayer support, and generous donations. A patron recently shared, “I am always so pleased to contribute to this wonderful, valuable, significant community-based institution - I never pass by, or come in, without a deep sense of gratitude for all your great work and strong presence!” With this grant, we will redesign the Kellogg-Hubbard Library website to ensure that it reflects the KHL mission and vision.
