Marshall Community Health Library Outreach Project July-August 2017

The Marshall Community Health Library, a consumer health library that serves the public and the local healthcare community, will be hosting a National Library of Medicine NLM traveling exhibition: Harry Potter's World: Renaissance Science, Magic & Medicine in July and August 2017. This event coincides with the 20th anniversary of the opening of the Marshall library. The exhibition will be used as an opportunity to educate and reach out to people in the local community who may not be aware of Marshall's extensive health information resources. The primary objective is to use the NLM exhibition and the library's 20th-anniversary celebration to help Marshall Medical Center staff and the local public learn about quality, research-based health information resources.
