Nancy Patterson is an Outreach Librarian with NNLM, Region 1, based at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She works behind the scenes on membership and the technology that supports membership records and member access.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, the arts, outdoor activities, practicing yoga and connecting with friends and family.

Black Mental Health & Healing Justice: Peer Support Training (Session 1) Brought to you by NNLM and BEAM (Black Emotion & Mental Health Collective), this intensive, interactive, two-session training program (2 hours each) will be limited to 60 participants for maximum learning and impact.

Elder Justice Explained: What It Is and How You Can Help This webinar will focus on "elder justice," also known as the prevention of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation. You will learn about the roots of the elder justice movement, how it affects the lives of older adults, federal policies to address and prevent elder abuse and neglect, and ways you can get involved in advocating for these policies and preventing elder abuse in your community.
