During his tenure as Interim Associate Director, Alan was responsible for budgeting, personnel, and day-to-day operational management of the RML. He is also the key liaison with the NN/LM PSR Resource Library Directors and Regional Advisory Committee, the two major groups that function in an advisory capacity to the program.
Prior to his experience with NN/LM PSR, Alan was a librarian in the Reference Division of the UCLA Biomedical Library for twelve years. He received his MLS from UCLA in 1986, after completing a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) at the University of Texas, Houston, in 1981, and a BS in Accounting at San Diego State University in 1977.
Please join me in congratulating Alan!
