Subaward 2016-2017: Resources and Learning Opportunities for Patients and their Families

The purpose of this project is to increase access, knowledge, skills, and use of library resources that can help support the health of immigrant Micronesian families. The Hawaiian State Public Library System (HSPLS) will work with the Kapiolani Pediatric Clinic to create a simple new library card program that starts at the clinic, and also includes easy to understand resources about the services and programs that are available.
