Major Outreach Award 2009-2011: AANHOPI Substance Abuse Information Center

The National Asian Pacific American Families Against Substance Abuse (NAPAFASA) seeks to establish the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Other Pacific Islander Substance Abuse Information Outreach Center. This Outreach Center will expand and improve substance abuse related services for Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Other Pacific Islanders (AANHOPI) in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Island Jurisdictions by improving access to substance abuse related information specific to the AANHOPI populations, particularly for those without adequate access to library and information services.
