As I understand it, every My NCBI user has to activate his/her LinkOut library icons for themselves. Is there a way for me to do it for them? I am not even sure who the users are in our institution. Or perhaps you can provide me with a list of users with email addresses ending with so that I can contact them and relay this information. Or there is another way to do it. Thanks you in advance.
