Action Health Partners AHP is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, supporting and empowering individuals to improve their quality of life and well-being in North Central Washington NCW a four county region located in central Washington. This project will allow for AHP to redesign and update their website for NCW residents to be better connected with AHP services that provide information on how to make more informed decisions about their health. Due to the vast 95 geographic area served and the COVID-19 pandemic, now more than ever it is important for AHP to have an updated website to provide greater information on and access to AHP services and to better engage and build relationships with NCW residents.
