The New England Region's (NER) Health in the Square project enabled the Mason Square Branch of Springfield City Public Library to strengthen community partnerships, provide healthy and nutritious food, and encourage health literacy. Project partners and library patrons were invited to attend workshops on how to use MedlinePlus and other reputable health resources.
