Category: National

In honor of National Poetry Month (April 1-30) NNLM SEA is hosting a fun book spine poetry contest. All participants will be entered into a lottery to receive free registration to the American Library Association annual conference in 2021 or to a conference of their choice (up to $1,000 for one person, non-transferable).

Here’s how it works:

  • Grab some books (at least 3)
  • Stack them up!
  • Arrange the titles to create a health-related poem
  • Take a photo and share it with NNLM SEA on Twitter by tagging @NNLMSEA or via to Liz Waltman, Outreach, Education and Communications Coordinator.

Submissions are being accepted through Thursday, April 30. Individuals can enter up to three times.
