Professional Development
The MidContinental Regional (MCR) offers free classes and other educational opportunities for librarians, health professionals, public health workers, educators, and the general public. The educational sessions promote awareness of, and access to health and biomedical information resources.
Training opportunities are provided through online webinars and classes, and in-person presentations at local conferences and workshops. In addition to classes taught by MCR coordinators, you also have access to online classes offered by other regions in the National Network, the NN/LM Training Office (NTO), and the NN/LM Evaluation Office (NEO).
