The second edition (2013) of this popular series of three booklets by Susan Barnes and Cynthia Olney presents step-by-step planning and evaluation methods. Along with providing information about evaluation, each booklet includes a case study and worksheets to assist with outreach planning. The booklets are designed to supplement Measuring the Difference: Guide to Planning and Evaluating Health Information Outreach and to support evaluation workshops.
This 130-page guide is a primer (including tools and resources) for planning and evaluating health information programs. It was developed by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Pacific Northwest Region and the National Library of Medicine.

ibec Outcome Toolkit Version 2.0
A four step process of conducting outcome-based evaluation. IBEC worked with several libraries around the country to develop and test the process and the evaluation instruments you will find in the toolkit. The four steps are:

This site offers information about approaches to evaluation, questions, creating an evaluation plan, budgeting and managing an evaluation project. Evalued - a toolkit for e-library developments
"A British site" designed to support information services staff in Higher Education Institutions with the evaluation of electronic information services (EIS)." Four sections address how to conduct evaluation with a step by step guide to the process, information and tips on evaluation themes, a tools archive including questionnaires, interview questions, checklists and statistics for various themes, and a site to create custom tools based on those in the toolkit.
