AIDS Community Information Outreach Projects
The HHS Specialized Information Services (SIS) Division offers funding opportunities for AIDS Community Information Outreach Projects. The purpose of these projects is to design programs for improving HIV/AIDS information access for patients and the affected community, as well as their caregivers and the general public. Emphasis is on increasing the awareness and utilization of NLM online health and medical resources in the HIV/AIDS Community through use of innovative and evidence-based projects.

Disaster Health Information Outreach Projects
The Disaster Information Management Research Center (DIMRC) provides funding support for outreach and collaboration projects related to disaster health information. Appropriate projects are those intended to improve disaster medicine and public health information access for health professionals, first responders, community members and others that play a role in health-related disaster preparedness, response and recovery.
