The recent death of Oscar-winning actor and comedian, Robin Williams, has brought attention to the challenges of those who suffer from depression. It is estimated that 1 in 10 adults struggle with depression (Centers for Disease Control). Depression can be debilitating to those who suffer, as well as affecting their family and friends.
