Join us for an update on DOCLINE 6.0! Meet Erin D. Latta from the National DOCLINE Coordination Office.

DOCLINE is the National Network of Libraries of Medicine’s document delivery and interlibrary loan service. The National DOCLINE Coordination Office handles the day-to-day customer support of DOCLINE and provides DOCLINE training and LinkOut assistance. Erin D. Latta is the coordinator of the National DOCLINE Coordination Office and is responsible for its oversight.


Participants will be able to:

1. Recognize the changes in the redesigned DOCLINE 6.0.
2. Explain to others how the Google sign-in process works.
3. Understand how to view/update library profiles and how to submit borrow and lend requests.

Attendees will participate online through discussion/chat.

Class Overview

NNLM Resource Picks is a collaborative, bimonthly, webcast series featuring the National Library of Medicine resources to increase awareness of these resources as well as encourage their integration by libraries and other organizations to more fully serve their colleagues and communities. The Regional Medical Libraries (RMLs) of the National Network of Libraries are combining efforts to feature resource experts from NLM for this national webinar series. Each session includes objectives, participation of attendees through questions and opportunities to dialog, and evaluation following the presentation. All sessions are presented as online webcasts using WebEx allowing for live phone conversation and online chat. All sessions are recorded with closed captioning and archived.

  • Know how to locate the specific resource featured.
  • Explain to others when to use the featured resource.
