Engage for Health teaches community members how to effectively communicate with their health care providers. Program materials are freely available for use by libraries, community and faith based agencies, public health organizations or others who promote health literacy in their community. Available materials include presentation slides with speaker notes, a role-play exercise, pre-post evaluation tool, and marketing materials. This presentation will also emphasize the importance of public health and public library partnerships in engaging the community around the topic of health literacy.
