Holistic Data for Healthy Libraries
Recording is available below.
Guest Speaker: Annie Norman, Ed. D., State Librarian and Director of Delaware Division of Libraries
Description: Similar to biological organisms, our organizations require healthy and effective systems in order to thrive. In this session, learn how Delaware libraries are applying a systems approach, using data strategically and holistically to increase their value and to improve services and outcomes for Delawareans.
