Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders Health Survey

Beginning in February 2014, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control began a new project to improve health data collection for Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders. A survey is being conducted through the National Health Interview. This is an opportunity to collect accurate information about the health of these groups in all 50 states, and to use this information to understand, plan and make policy to improve health and well-being for Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders. Download tools to support education and outreach efforts about the survey:
