Act F.A.S.T. to Stop a Stroke

New Campaign Raises Awareness about the Signs of Stroke

Every 40 seconds.  That’s how often a stroke occurs in the United States, according to the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.  To help raise awareness about the warning signs of a stroke, AHA/ASA has partnered with the Ad Council on a campaign to help people spot a stroke F.A.S.T. and save lives.  F.A.S.T. educates family, friends, co-workers and others about the body language that often signals the signs of stroke.
