Illinois Department of Public Health – Provides training to personnel from Illinois CATCH organizations to become certified CATCH trainers who can then help teach others how to implement the CATCH program. CATCH stands for Coordinated Approach to Child Health.

Enhance Culturally Specific Services for Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence and Stalking Program Grant

DOJ/Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) –  Applicants are limited to community-based non-profit organizations whose primary purpose is providing culturally specific services.

Pregnancy Assistance Fund Grant

HHS/Office of Adolescent Health (OAH): – Funds for competitively awarded grants for the development and implementation of programs for expectant and parenting teens, women, fathers, and their families.

Deadline: Non-binding letters of intent are due March 15, 2013.

Offender Reentry Program Grant

HHS/Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): – The purpose of this program is to expand and/or enhance substance abuse treatment and related recovery and reentry services to sentenced adult offenders returning to the community from incarceration for criminal offenses.

Legal Assistance for Victims Grant Program

DOJ/Office on Violence Against Women (OVW – The Legal Assistance for Victims (LAV) Grant Program is intended to increase the availability of civil and criminal legal assistance needed to effectively aid adult and youth victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking who are seeking relief in legal matters arising as a consequence of that abuse or violence. LAV Grant program funds may not be used to provide criminal defense services.
