Members provide health professionals and the general public with health information resources and services. Members include libraries, information centers, or other types of organizations.
Members join under categories according to the level of services they provide. Membership is free!
Members can request specialized training in providing health information through National Library of Medicine resources. Members are also eligible for funding for health information projects.
To join the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM) contact your regional office. We welcome your questions and comments!
Full Members are health science libraries and health information centers that are regularly staffed, have Internet access and health science collections, provide information services, and participate in DOCLINE.
Affiliate Members are libraries, information centers, and resource centers that are called upon for health information by their clients, but do not meet the requirements of Full Membership.
