Introduction to Evidence based Practice in a Magnetic World
Abstract
This course provides an introduction to two of the most important movements in nursing – evidence based practice and magnet recognition. Evidence based practice is an established part of health care but many still do not know how to easily define or apply it. Magnet Recognition is one of the hottest topics in nursing today. The numbers of hospitals that have achieved Magnet Recognition status has almost tripled in the past four years.
