The Address screen in your DOCLINE Institution record contains surface and Internet addresses.

You can store three different surface addresses:

  1. Institution Address--used for directory listings.
  2. Document Delivery Address--where articles and books that you have requested will be mailed; the "Ship to:" address on a DOCLINE request.
  3. Billing Address--where invoices for requests filled by lenders should be mailed; the "Bill to:" address on a DOCLINE request.

You can store six different Internet addresses (URLs): Institution, Library, OPAC, ILL, Loansome Doc, and Consumer Health.
