Did you pay me??? - EFTS

Jolanta Sliwinski, Program Coordinator for Electronic Funds Transfer System (EFTS) managed by the University of Connecticut presented an overview  of EFTS. Ms. Sliwinski has worked at the University of Connecticut Health Center Library since 1988. She has worked in many areas including acquisitions and interlibrary loan.

EFTS is a transaction-based electronic billing system for interlibrary-loan (ILL) and document delivery. It centralizes this activity by electronically billing members, which greatly reduces the need to create invoices and to write checks for reimbursement for interlibrary loans and document delivery amongst members.
