		<description><![CDATA[Jan LaBeause helped the Magnolia Coastlands AHEC to get a grant to expand the services of the GaIN network to our region in rural, southeast Georgia.  She helped other Georgia AHECs do the same.  She passed on the mentorship of Jocelyn Rankin to many others, myself included.  As a non-librarian, I learned the value of these services for the medical community, especially those that did not have access to large, academic health center libraries.  She is truly an &quot;inspiring person&quot;.]]></description>
