No more waiting for paper snail mail. Our email PDF ILL document delivery service is for libraries without Ariel systems. Just specify “Email PDF” as your delivery preference in the notes field of your DocLine ILL request. We suggest using a generic email account that all your staff can access. The scanned journal article will be sent to you via email with a PDF attachment so you can forward it to your patron’s email address. They can open articles from their office or home computer, or wireless laptop. There is no additional charge for this service. Our standard turn around time applies.
