Here’s a new site to add to the list of tools that mine PubMed data: zmed.org

zmed.org allows you to enter a search and find the latest free full-text articles available on the topic. Also, users can browse topics by navigating through the MeSH terms. There are lots of ads and no way to add limits to your search, but it’s worth checking out.
