EFTS Continues to Grow in the Pacific Southwest!
Did you know that the National Library of Medicine encourages all DOCLINE libraries to join EFTS? Joining EFTS is one way to reduce ILL costs and labor and to increase efficiency by eliminating checks and invoices. If your DOCLINE requests are filled by Resource Libraries, NLM, or other libraries that charge, EFTS can improve and streamline your DOCLINE service.
As of the end of January, 175 DOCLINE libraries in the Pacific Southwest Region have joined EFTS. That’s almost 43%! Here is a graph showing this growth:

Let’s welcome the newest EFTS members from the Pacific Southwest Region!

DOCLINE libraries that are members of EFTS or reciprocal lending groups, such as FreeShare, can virtually eliminate all billing and check writing for DOCLINE requests! How’s that for efficiency!
