Are You Dialing the Wrong Number?

Dial-up access to SERHOLD changed in June, 1998. On June 1, NLM moved to a reliable new terminal server which can accommodate speeds up to 56000 baud. The new telephone number for this access is (888) 525-3607. NLM suggests that any users experiencing disconnection problems access SERHOLD via the new terminal server instead of via telnet. Instructions for accessing the new terminal server can be found in the Web version of the Online SERHOLD Updating System Procedures Manual at this URL:

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/tsd/serials/proman02.html

Simplified instructions for connecting to this new server are available at our Pacific Southwest Region Web site at:

Don't be sorry...dial the RIGHT number.
