In February, NLM announced that an updated Web version of its DOCLINE Manual is available. DOCLINE is NLM's automated interlibrary loan (ILL) request routing and order referral system. The system was developed to improve document delivery service by linking the holdings of over 3,200 libraries and routing the ILL requests quickly and efficiently throughout the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM).
