The Friends of the National Library of Medicine are pleased to announce the second annual conference, The Emerging Health Information Infrastructure, which will be held April 13- 15, 1997 at the Georgetown University Conference Center in Washington D.C. The conference will focus on new and existing healthcare initiatives and identify the opportunities and impediments that exist for the medical community in the digital future. HI I97 will be held in conjunction with the third annual conference, Partnerships for Networked Consumer Health Information, which runs from April 14-16.
