Kudos to Network Members for National Medical Librarians Month!

In recognition of the Medical Library Association's National Medical Librarians Month in October, the National Library of Medicine created a web page to spotlight several noteworthy projects by medical librarians in some of the member libraries of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. A description of these projects and links to project Web sites is available at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/lo/profiles01.

Go to "Pacific Southwest Region" for outreach projects conducted by:

  • Craig Haynes and Marsha Korobkin for the University of California, San Diego project HIP: Health Information @ Preuss
  • Sharon Bergland, Ginny Tanji, and John Breinich for the Hawaii Medical Library project HiPHIVE: Hawaii Public Health Virtual Emporium
  • Joan Zenan and Terry Henner for the University of Nevada School of Medicine Savitt Medical Library project PHIL: Public Health Information Links for Nevada

Congratulations, Network Librarians!  EG
