How Do I Connect to PNR Rendezvous?

You can participate in this free, web-based interactive session from your desk with your computer and telephone either live or by accessing the recordings under Past Presentations below.

Please click here to test your computer prior to the meeting. The diagnostic test will prompt you if you need to update Flash, check your connection speed and install an Adobe Connect add-in. If you have problems with these steps, please call your information technology department for help.

Go to the following website and login as a Guest, using your own name: http://webmeeting.nih.gov/rendezvous.

Once in the web meeting a pop-up box allows you to put in your phone number and the program will call you. If this does not happen call the 800 number and use the participant code given in the Notes box (lower left-hand corner) on the screen.

What If I Have A Problem Getting Adobe Connect to Work?

Please check your computer settings via the system test and speak with your information technology about problems it identifies.

If Adobe Connect will not work for you but you'd still like to hear the presentation, please call toll-free 1-800-689-9374 and when asked give the passcode of 940127.

You will be able to hear and join in the conversation regarding the presentation.

How Do I Obtain Medical Library Association Continuing Education (MLA CE)?

Effective January 2013, most PNR Rendezvous webcast sessions are eligible for 1 hour of Medical Library Association continuing education (MLA CE) for attending the webcast -- or for viewing the recording for up to one year after the date of the original session -- and completing a brief online evaluation form via a link provided a tthe end of the webcast.
