This is a very informative post. I had no idea that such simulators were available! What a neat tool. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, this will help me a lot when working on my blog.

Thank you, Alison for the interesting post. I write for the site Alt Search Engines. We have a writer, Peggy Anne Salz, who specializes in mobile search. It is a whole world in and of itself.

Here is something I picked up as we were setting up our library’s Web site. I asked our outside consultant if, while reserving the .com, .org, net, .info domain names, I should also reserve .mobi. He said that he didn’t think that .mobi is catching on and that it wouldn’t affect his design of the site whether it was called .mobi or not.

A few months I asked a Columbia University medical school student how he uses his iPhone in his studies. “Wikipedia.” To think of all the rich, luscious databases he probably has access to! Auuuuugh!
