	Prairie-River Library District Lapwaii, Idaho Claudia Jones, District Library Director The Prairie-River Library District branches include: Craigmont Community Library, Culdesac Community Library, Kamiah Community Library, Kooskia Community Library, Lapwaii Community Nezperce Community Library, Peck Community Library, and the Winchester Community Library.
	Literacy Source Seattle, Washington Briana Olson, Workforce Instruction Literacy Source – A Community Learning Center has provided adult literacy services since 1986, with a mission to build a literate community by providing learner-centered instruction to adults in English literacy and basic life skills.
	Gateway Community Services Great Falls, Montana Collette Stinar, Development Coordinator Gateway Community Services is the oversight organization of Gateway Recovery Center, Grace Home and Prevention Services. We are a community-based organization in Great Falls, Montana, serving the residents of Cascade County since 1968.
	Kitsap Regional Library Bremerton, Washington Julie O’Neill, Health Reference Specialist Kitsap Regional Library serves the community as a center for lifelong learning and a steward of access to stories, information and knowledge.
	Columbia Gorge Community College The Dalles, Oregon Rosemary Ross, Director of Library Services The Library enhances student learning by advancing effective use of information and library resources and services to the College community.
