Beneath the HAM-TMC Library is Garage 3, which can be entered from Bertner Street (east side of library building). Do not park in spaces marked contract parking. Both the short-term parking and Garage 3 are often full. The next-closest parking is in Garage 4. Located one-and-a-half blocks from the HAM-TMC Library, Garage 4 has entrances on both McGregor St. and Ross Sterling St. The Texas Medical Center (TMC) controls the Garages 3 and 4, as well as the short-term parking under the library building.
