Town Hall Meeting: This is an open invitation to attend. The purpose of this meeting is to engage member libraries in a discussion of the future trends that will affect medical libraries and shape RML program areas. We are inviting any interested member in the New England Region to attend. Possible Town Hall Topics: Electronic Health Record/HealthIT,Clinical & Translational Science, Participatory Medicine, Healthy Communities/Community Health Networks, Healthcare Workforce & Training , Escience.

Librarians and Nurses: Relationships that Work: This one day seminar will be an opportunity to explore the relationships and connections between librarians and nurses. Presentations from nurses will explore the various roles and current trends in nursing research, education and clinical care. Discussions through panel presentations and via group sharing, by both librarians and nurses, will enable you to better understand nurses’ needs in order to succeed as a partner with them.
