Introduction
MCR regularly uses a variety of communication tools in our day to day work:
- Skype for free computer-to-computer calling and conference calls
- Adobe Connect for meetings with multi-party video and screen sharing
- Adobe Connect for offering distance education classes and RML updates.
In addition, we have tested a number of other communications tools. The results of our tests, along with features of each tool, are listed below.
Whichever tool you use, it is important to keep aware of videoconferencing etiquette.
