MCR Regional Licensing Consortium
Purpose:
The goal of the MCR Regional Licensing Consortium is to increase the availability of electronic resources for network members throughout the region by licensing high quality resources at reduced rates. BCR (Bibliographic Center for Research) is the negotiating and billing agent for the consortium. Activities of the consortium are managed by the Network Membership Liaison and advisory group consisting of a representative from each state in the region, BCR, a resource library director, and an ex-officio member.
