EDUCATION: Reprise of Licensing Electronic Resources? – Communication is the Cool Tool
This is a reprise of a webinar offered last April. We’ll examine the communication fundamentals between the librarian and the vendor. Both seek to successfully negotiate a license agreement for electronic resources in a library so that users can find the information they need.
Learn more about the roles of the librarian and vendor and how they can both benefit from the process. The class is designed for those who have little, if any experience with communicating with vendors but those familiar with the process are also welcome to share their insights.
