EDUCATION: Licensing Electronic Resources? Communication is the Cool Tool
This webinar will examine the communication fundamentals between the librarian, who seeks to negotiate a license agreement for electronic resources for their library and the vendor who wishes to have the signed contract.
Learn more about the roles of the librarian and vendor and how they can both benefit from the process. The class is designed for those who have little, if any experience with communicating with vendors but those familiar with the process are also welcome to share their insights.
