The National Library of Medicine recently added audio to its tutorial “Understanding Medical Words”  http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/medicalwords.html For anyone who has felt like their health care provider is speaking another language, this tutorial teaches how to break complex medical words apart to understand their meaning.
