Mobile Medical Apps that Don’t Require a Connection

Below is a compilation of the information I received from the Medlib-l community. 

Since there is definitely confusion concerning whether Dynamed can be used offline,  I want to clarify this issue. After several phone calls and emails with EBSCO, I received the definite answer from their technical support department that Dynamed cannot be used without internet access.
